Yeah, I have to say I wasn’t very impressed. I will, however, be listening to it again to see what happens next week and, yes, might well phone in at some point.

What a shame that they chose the “men’s studies” version of talking about men, but I can’t say that I’m surprised.

I had a listen to some of the first show, thought it the aural equivalent of ‘men’s studies’ - talk of drugs to make men monogamous, a ‘thoughts for the gay’ section, sickeningly apologetic polite fluffy-jumpered touchy-feely nonsense all framed within a belittling & emasculating feminist-friendly format. Nothing of any worth was, or could be, said. Horrible.

They do have a phone-in, though, which could be used to shake things up a little if anyone felt interested enough to give it their time.

I ended up getting occupied and was unable to listen to it last night when it aired. Thing is though unless I’m mistaken it is only planned to be a limited series. Like 6-7 1 hour discussions are enough to get the ball rolling on men. But I supposed its a start.
